Choosing a product

Order and delivery help
Include your order number, customer name and delivery postal code when contacting us. Rhisa currently delivers to supported addresses in Tamil Nadu. Standard delivery is ₹379 and the current estimate is 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Damaged or incorrect items
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or contains the wrong item, keep the product and packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and provide next steps.

Returns
Rhisa accepts eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us before sending any item back so we can provide the approved return instructions.

Warranty and manufacturer service
Product warranties and service coverage follow the terms supplied by the manufacturer for the selected model. Keep your invoice, packaging and serial-number information. We can help direct you to the relevant manufacturer service route when required.
