SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY AREA
Rhisa currently accepts delivery orders only for addresses in Tamil Nadu, India. Our storefront may be viewed elsewhere, but checkout is limited to supported Tamil Nadu addresses and postal codes. Orders to addresses outside the active delivery area cannot be completed.

SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Koyambedu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600092, India.

SHIPPING RATE AND ESTIMATE
Standard delivery is charged at ₹379 per order. The current estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. The estimate shown at checkout applies from dispatch and can vary because of courier capacity, public holidays, weather, serviceability, or events outside our reasonable control.

ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING
After an order is accepted and handed to our delivery partner, tracking details will be shared using the contact information supplied at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address, postal code, phone number, and email address are accurate.

ADDRESS CHANGES AND DELIVERY ISSUES
If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible at sachinsoundar981999@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or the wrong item is delivered, retain the packaging and contact us promptly with the order number and photographs so we can investigate.
