Seven-day return window

Submit an eligible return request through your Rhisa customer account within seven calendar days after delivery. Include the order number, the reason for the request, and clear photographs or video when the issue is visible. A request is not approved merely because it was submitted. We review eligibility and provide return instructions before anything is sent back.

Return eligibility

Unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, or otherwise covered by law, it must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging with manuals, accessories, warranty cards, serial-number labels, and promotional items intact. Do not send a product back without return authorisation.

A change-of-mind return may be declined when a product has been installed, used, altered, damaged after delivery, returned incomplete, or made unsaleable through avoidable handling. Opened consumable or hygiene-sensitive components, gift cards, and product-specific exclusions disclosed before purchase may also be ineligible where permitted by law.

These conditions do not remove remedies for products that are defective, materially different from their description, counterfeit, incorrectly supplied, or damaged before delivery. Manufacturer troubleshooting may be required for appliance complaints so the appropriate remedy can be identified.

Return shipping and inspection

The customer normally provides and pays for inbound return shipping and must package the item safely. If our review confirms an incorrect item, verified transit damage, or another issue for which Rhisa is responsible, we may arrange collection or reimburse reasonable approved return shipping as required by law and the circumstances. Do not incur unusually high shipping costs without written approval.

When authorised, returns may be directed to: No 7, Durai Sampath Street, Kumaran Nagar, Koyambedu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600092, India. Wait for written instructions because the correct warehouse or manufacturer service location may differ.

Returned items are inspected after receipt. We may document condition, serial numbers, missing parts, and signs of use. If a return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will explain the result and any cost to send the item back to the customer.

Cancellation requests

You can submit a cancellation request through your Rhisa customer account until the item is fulfilled or dispatched. Requests are reviewed before cancellation and refund processing. After fulfillment or dispatch, cancellation is no longer available and the return process applies after delivery.

Refunds and replacements

When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method unless applicable law requires or the customer agrees to another method. We will confirm when it has been initiated. Please allow up to 10 business days for the bank or payment provider to display the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact sachinsoundar981999@gmail.com.

Original delivery charges are refunded only where required by law or where the approved reason makes them attributable to Rhisa. Replacements depend on stock and the nature of the issue.

This policy does not exclude or reduce any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable Indian consumer law.
